When the guest speaker suddenly jumps up from his salad and joins the 60-strong ladies of the Hinsdale Garden Study Club to sing "Happy Birthday" and then belts out his own rousing rendition of it--in Polish, no less--you know you're in for an entertaining program!! Before the program--I saw him carrying dirty lunch plates into the kitchen to help the kitchen crew!! Is there no end to this man's talents!!

But the program--ah yes, the program. It was wonderful--not only packed with good humor, but chock full of ideas, information, tips and oh-so-many do's and don'ts.
